Online Club Access:

1. Click Link above Clubs Page. Then click on Member Report. You will need to login using the club director's email address you provided to MYWA and the password provided to you by MYWA. To obtain this password you must send in you 2009 club registration fee and we will then email you your access information.

2. Control Panel:

There will be a control panel with the following
options to select from....

  • Update Club Member Information
  • Update Club Contact Information
  • Active Athletes
  • Inactive Athletes
  • All Athletes
  • Tournament Pre-Registration

3. Renewing prior year members:

You will click on Update Club Member Information. Then you will come to a new screen with an entry box at the top of the page. Be sure not to to re-enter members who are already in the system from prior years.

You will scroll down below the entry box which will list all prior year members. You can sort members by last name or first name by just clicking on the column heading. After you have sorted the members to your choice. You will the pick a member that you want to renew by clicking the edit link next their name on the left hand side. If all their information is correct that is already listed, you will just have click the renew request check box and then click update on the left hand side of the screen next to their name. It is very important that you click update or the information will not be saved.

You can see which members you have renewed by returning to your control panel and clicking Active Athletes.

3. Adding New members:

You will click on Update Club Member Information. Then you will come to a new screen with an entry box at the top of the page. The entry box that you see is where you will enter the new members information. Be sure that you enter their full first and last name, city of residence, and date of birth (e.g. 06/05/1998). After you have entered all the information, click the add member tab.

You can see which members you have renewed and added to your club by returning to your control panel and clicking Active Athletes.

4. Payment Notice:

Once you have activated your wrestlers the $15.00 per wrestler fee and a list of names must be mailed to:
